All of our veal is top quality, high welfare, ethically farmed veal. Our calves are carefully reared on straw bedding in groups, with completely unrestricted access to food, barley straw and water.

Sourced from Brookfield Farm in Tarrant Valley in Dorset, where animal welfare is paramount, you can be confident that the animal led a happy and healthy life giving the meat has more taste than traditional veal.

Just had a spag bol with this - so good. We will be mixing beef and veal instead of only beef not just cause it is so nice but also better for you. Would be great for a saving when buying over a kilo.
