Delicious

Definitely leaner than your female barbary duck breasts, but they are just as delicious. The meat was really soft and moist, and was far from the bitter taste that i was used to. Thank you

Top of the class

Once again you have done a fantastic job of supplying top quality premium meat. Your male barbary duck was surpurb and so delicious. I couldnt find a thing wrong with it, as it was so tender, sweet and succulent.

Surprisingly delicious

Never thought I would praise duck, but here I am. These duck breasts took my breath away in flavour, quality and price. I never expected them to taste this good but they were surprisinlgy tender and moist, and far the bitter stringy taste that most ducks have. Great job!

Your duck breasts are ideal for creating wraps at family occassions - even the kids like it which is a first. No matter how I choose to cook it, its richness remains and is so easy to deal with when I am cooking that I have actually swapped chicken for duck.
