Brookfield Farm Veal Loin Chop

Cut from the loin area this cut is a particularly succulent, tender chop with just a bit more flavour from being on the bone.

All of our veal is top quality, high welfare, ethically farmed veal. Our calves are carefully reared on straw bedding in groups, with completely unrestricted access to food, barley straw and water.

Sourced from Brookfield Farm in Tarrant Valley in Dorset, where animal welfare is paramount, you can rest assured that the animal led both a happy and healthy life.

Did you know: Veal loin chops are usually prepared by braising or panfrying.
