Also known as veal Porterhouse, T-bone steaks are veal chops that come from the loin area. Tender fillet sits next to succulent sirloin with the classic T shaped bone separating them in the middle to add to the flavour and juiciness.

All of our veal is top quality, high welfare, ethically farmed veal. Our calves are carefully reared on straw bedding in groups, with completely unrestricted access to food, barley straw and water.

Sourced from Brookfield Farm in Tarrant Valley in Dorset, where animal welfare is paramount, you can rest assured that the animal led both a happy and healthy life.

 Please be aware.. We freeze our T-Bone steaks to achieve the cleanest cut possible (through the bone), so you will see 'Previously Frozen' label on the packaging - however this product is sent fresh.

No steak knife needed, cooked with lots of garlic,med-rare, no need to fuss. Not a everyday price but if you don't care about price, special dinner, or an offer like me then try for sure.
