Cracking stuff

Superb is all i can say. For one i didnt have to spend ages cutting off fat. Two when i fried them they barely shrunk. And lastly they werent too salty. Great stuff

Bravo on a great job

Forget my waistline! Considering how little fat dripped off your rindless bacon it was surprising healthy. I absolutley loved the fact that there was no rind as I was able to appreciate the bacon for what it was - great meat.

And unlike many bacons, it didn't shrivel up or shrink in the pan, but remained crispy, delicious and only a little bit salty. Superb job!

Top quality

Crispy, juicy and crackles in the pan, your green rindless bacon is wonderful. I barely had to cut away any rind - it was pure meat! It was not too salty either, which was great but is very bad for my waistline as I managed to eat 6 strips in my last sitting. Oops!

Ultimate breakfast treat

I stopped eating supermarket bacon 3 years ago after getting fed up about the amount of fat that was left on the bacon. I switched to butchers but decided to give you guys a try after a friend recommended you.

Your bacon is fab. I barely had any fat to remove and it fried beautifully. Not too salty, your bacon simply crackled on my pan. You can truly taste the quality of the cut, it is great. I start my morning with a bacon sarnie every day these days ;)
