Beautiful

Your cheeses look just as good as they taste! I adored your english blue stilton. The crusting was perfect and its blue veins were perfectly spaced so its flavour wasnt too over-powering

Bring it on

Sampled your brie,and cree so far, and cant wait to try the rest. Your English Blue Stilton was just as delicious as i imagined it, and tasted beautiful melted between tomatoes, beef and lettuce
