Feeling a little adventurous with your desserts this week? Then these gluten-free Tahini cookies are for you as they are positively sinful, but completely healthy.
Ingredients
  • 6tbsp Tahini (Sesame seed butter)
  • 175g Honey
  • 1/2tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 120g Gluten-free porridge oats
  • 60g Chopped walnuts
  • 1 Apple
  • 50g Dried cranberries
  • 50g Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180C and grease 3 baking trays using margarine.
  2. Whilst your oven is heating, peel your apple, core and roughly chop it.
  3. Once your ingredients are ready take a medium bowl and begin blending your tahini, honey and cinnamon together.
  4. Next introduce your walnuts, porridge oats and fruit and keep stirring until your fruit is thoroughly blended.
  5. Dollop your mixture using a teaspoon onto your baking trays, making sure there is plenty of space between them and pop into the oven for 10 minutes (or until the edges of your cookies are golden).
  6. Remove from your oven and leave to cool for 3 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
