It’s always great to know exactly what you really think of our product and our service, after all there’s no better way for us to improve than listening to what you’ve got to say.

So whether it’s come via the site, email or in surveys your feedback has been really important to us over the last few months and we’ve managed to improve in loads of the areas you’ve highlighted.

But a couple of weeks ago I realised that we see the feedback that other customers submit, but you don’t…

So to rectify this and make sure you ALL get to hear what our other customers are saying, I asked some of our regular customers to tell us what they think – on video!

And after we featured Jes & Jo’s video in our newsletter others have started to arrive at WG HQ.
