At Westin Gourmet we are dedicated to ensuring our entire range of gourmet products are truly the best on the market. We believe that you are the best judge of that.

To help us achieve this, we are looking to recruit many Gourmet Food Testers which cover a diverse range of the British public.

What delicious treats could you be testing?

Everything from rare breed steaks to artisan French cheeese - you name it, we could ask you to test it!

How will your feedback be used?

We'll use your feedback to help decide what products are good enough to be sold under the Westin Gourmet banner!

You'll also get the chance to discover new and exciting product ranges that you may have never even seen (or tasted) before!

At the moment, customers can only take the word of the seller that the product they are being offered is “the finest” but is it really? At Westin Gourmet, we will let you decide.

If products do not cut the mustard, they will be banned from ever being sold on Westin Gourmet again!

What is required of a Gourmet Food Tester?

Honesty and the ability to articulate your opinion – it really is that easy.

To ensure there is no bias (giving good reviews to ensure you stay on the testing panel), you can only be a Gourmet Food Tester for 1 month. However you can reapply in the future!

• We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date
• You will receive 2-5 gourmet products per month
• We will ask you to rate them for taste and for taste versus value
• A review for each product will be required (min 100 words)
• A video review of one of the products will be required (min 30 seconds)

Is there anything else you should know?

We can't guarantee that you will become a Gourmet Food Tester!

But we can tell you that there will be MANY opportunities in the future to become one! You might even get lucky this time.

To take part you will also be asked to look at some items on Facebook but an account isn't needed to become a Gourmet Food Tester, a small amount of time to review the products and the occasional use of a video camera.

What will happen over the next few weeks?

To start with, not much! Currently there are Gourmet Food Testers in place, testing all our lovely meats. When they finish, we will look at the results and the process and then get in touch with you later in the year.
