Beef is the headline act here at Westin Gourmet. The Geography and Meteorology of the British Isles mean it’s the perfect place to grow lush grass. Poking out into the Atlantic, the Jet Stream keeps us relatively warm, but we do of course get the occasional bit of rain, perfect conditions for grass! In a process we think akin to Alchemy this grass converts into fabulous tasting Beef. It's not that simple of course, meeting farmers, choosing the right breeds, and having expert Butchers to age and butcher the meat is all part of the Westin Gourmet process too.
It's not just British Beef though, the WG customer would appear to be well travelled and we’ve responded to requests for Beef from across the world too, fabulous South Australian & Brazilian Steaks, the exotic uniqueness of Wagyu is all available.
