Here at Westin, we've put our clever caps on and thought long and hard about what we want to offer each and every customer..

   Well here at Westin HQ we do! All the gang are working their little socks of to bring you mega meat which tastes bloomin' fantastic everytime.

   So if you've ever tasted better we want to know about it! Give us a call and we'll refund, replace or suggest an alternative..no quibbles.

2. We search high & low..

   Our hardworking sourcing team headed by Tim believe that you can't always get the very best produce from one breeder or farmer.

   We work with fave family farms across Britain (you can't beat a bit of British can you?), Ireland, Europe and further afield to ensure we get our mitts on the very, very best produce..

   When having a chat with our customers loads mentioned they care about animal welfare and so do we! You'll be pleased to know all our breeds wear their relevant welfare badges with pride.

3. Is it possible to make you happier than happy?

   Well we like to think so and we're gonna give it a very good try!

   Fronted by the very chatty chatters in our Support Hub all of the Westin team are busy cooking up ideas to ensure your experience is easy-peasy and enjoyable.

4. We know our meat inside and out

   All of our scrummy meat is code marked so we can put our detective hats on and trace back its history if needed.

   We love our British family farmers, as they really know their stuff; but don't forget our farmers who are further afield also offer some lip-smacking meats too.

   Did You Know.. our Argentinian steaks (and our farmers!) have turned into right diva's after being featured on the F WORD with Gordon Ramsey!

5. Hand cut by Phil & Jody

   Our classically trained butcher team (headed by Phil & Jody) are busy well before the sun rises (and the rest of us are still safely tucked up) each morning preparing our primal cuts.

   The result from their early rising? Fab, fresh tasting meat!

6. Food is fun!

   We love meat and lots of different types of foodie goodies too and one thing we quickly realised is that you love it too.

7. Brrrr! Chilled Delivery...

   What more could you want? Iron-man strong boxes, spongy liners, snazzy reusable ice sheets (perfect for your cooler box!) all for bargain of £3.95!

   And the good news just keeps on coming..you'll be able to keep an eye on your package until it arrives safe and sound with our tracked service.

8. You asked so we're going green!

   All of our incoming packaging is recycled off site and our boxes and liners are made from recycled materials.

   Our ice packs have many lives (just like a cat!) so why not refreeze and use them again? But, this is only the beginning - watch this space for more updates!
