Wonderful

Took advantage of the split down the centre to add my own stuffing and it tasted delicious. The turkey didnt go dry or crumble but was surprisingly moist and juicy. Wonderful

Simply beautiful

Just a quick note to say how much i loved your turkey butterfly. Aside from its succulent taste, it didnt crumble when i carved it but sliced beautifully. Definitely a cut above the rest!

Great surprise

I'm used to turkey being dry and crumply, but your turkey butterfly was surprisingly tender and moist to eat. I thorougly enjoyed eating it and definitely intend to buy again if you keep your prices this low.

Perfect Christmas treat

Used your butterfly turkey last year instead of a whole one and I still say that it carves up a treat. I didn't feel like I was hacking it like I usually do as the blade managed to glide through the meat easily every time.

I don't know how you do it, but for the first time we ate turkey that wasn't dry or flaky. Even 3 days later there was a moistness to the meat that was fantastic for sandwiches and buffets. Will definitely buy from you again this year...
