just divine

This bacon is very tasty, there's no water, it doesn't shrink it's just full of flavour. You can grill or fry it. The only problem that i have is that i alway's want more!

Definitely an education

Never understood until now what my butchers meant by 'green' but your bacon range has taught me a lot about flavour, texture and all round quality. My fav by far has been your green streaky bacon as you leave just enough fat to really help crispen the bacon was it fries. Delicious

Great buy

I eat bacon all the time so i feel i am abit of an expert at spotting quality cuts, and i have to say yours is right up there with the best. From the fact there wasnt much rind to the subtle salty flavouring, i actually felt that i got what i paid for - good quality bacon that didnt strink or diminish in the pan.

Now that's what I call bacon!

Your bacon range is delicious! For one it is full of proper bacon and not some water injected imitation. And two, they fried up fantastic. I completely have to agree with Rob. They were incredibly crispy and didn't shrivel up as your fried but nicely curled to prove they were real meat. I have to confess that I have them every morning now. They are a great way to start the day as they fill you up.

Snap, crackle and pop

Your bacon fried up a treat. With little or no rind they made fantastic sarnies, and always seemed to cook to just the right level of crispiness. I could literally taste the meat in them, not the watery crap you get from supermarkets, but proper pork cuts. The taste was pretty good too. They weren't too salty either which is unusual for pork, but were just right.
