So moist and juicy

Roasted or boiled, your unsmoked whole gammon tasted delicious. The meat was incredibly moist and juicy, to the point i was able to use its excess juices to make a yummy sauce. Thank you.

Incredible flavour

I have tried a few of your other hams and thought they couldn't get any better but I was wrong. Your unsmoked whole gammon was great and far from the chewy cut i am used to. Instead the meat carved really easily and tasted so moist and juicy. Even the saltiness of the meat was just right to the point that my mouth was able to appreciate the flavour without needing a drink. Great job!

Great cut

To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Not only did your gammon remain soft and chewy for days, but there was so much of it that I struggled to finish it. To be truthful, I have never been one to be able to judge sizes properly from imagery but your photography was true to its word, creating real value for money.

Slices beautifully

I still can't believe the size of the portion you gave me. It took my husband and I a week to get through, and even after 7 days the meat hadn't dried out or gone brittle. Instead it continued to remain tender and easy to cut. My carving knife easily sliced through it.

And the flavour was great. I haven't tasted meat of this calibre for quite a while, it was so succulent, juicy and chewy. It went with everything!
