Boneless High Welfare Veal Shoulder Joint

Our boneless veal shoulder is a highly versatile cut and is equally suited to making traditional Sunday Roasts as it is simple recipes, such as pan roasted melt in the mouth Carpaccio.

Take care not to overcook this delicate meat, as it rests the veal will continue to cook and be just perfect when you serve.

All of our veal is top quality, high welfare, ethically farmed veal. Our calves are carefully reared on straw bedding in groups, with completely unrestricted access to food, barley straw and water.

Sourced from Brookfield Farm in Tarrant Valley in Dorset, where animal welfare is paramount, you can rest assured that the animal led both a happy and healthy life.
